Gourmet At Your Service – presented by The Sandy Butler

Sally Wolf has been hired to oversee the cheese and wine department of The Sandy Butler. In this position, Wolf will educate customers on The Sandy Butler’s wide array of wines and chesses and order product based on consumer feedback. Wolf also will provide samplings and demonstrations on how to prepare and serve gourmet delicacies.

“Sally has the knowledge and experience to help educate our customers on the finest gourmet food and wine pairings,” said Jason Nelson, The Sandy Butler general manager. “She loves introducing customers to new things and is always encouraging them to think outside of the traditional culinary box.”

Wolf has 35 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on fine dining and gourmet food. A native of Hamilton, Ohio, she has received training through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and has an extensive knowledge old world and new world wines and gourmet cheeses.

Wolf volunteers with Making it on Purpose, an organization that supports teenage foster girls.
